1. Professional Estimates & Consultations
ServWorx Plumbing offers Free Estimates or Consultations for residential and commercial plumbing projects.
- Preliminary Nature: Estimates provided via phone, email, orhttps://servworxplumbing.com/ are based on initial information and are non-binding.
- Site Verification: Because trenchless repairs (CIPP and Pipe Lining) involve subsurface infrastructure, final project costs are subject to a physical on-site evaluation and a Sewer Camera Inspection to confirm the structural integrity of the host pipe.
2. SMS & Mobile Messaging Consent
By contacting us at (480) 881-6765 or using our online scheduling tool, you expressly consent to receive SMS messages for:
- 24/7 Emergency Dispatch: Real-time updates for urgent leaks or sewer backups.
- Service Logistics: Appointment reminders, technician ETAs, and scheduling confirmations.
- Project Documentation: Delivery of camera inspection videos and "before and after" lining reports.
- Opt-Out: Reply STOP to cancel. Standard message and data rates apply.
3. Licensing, Insurance & Specialist Certifications
ServWorx Plumbing is a locally owned, licensed, and insured plumbing contractor in the State of Arizona. We are Picote Certified, ensuring that our trenchless and descaling services meet the highest global industry standards for safety and quality.
4. Punctuality & Emergency Service
We provide 24/7 emergency services and aim to be "on the way" promptly. However, we are not liable for delays caused by:
- Heavy Valley traffic (Loop 202, US-60, or I-10 corridors).
- Severe Arizona monsoon weather or haboobs that may make outdoor work unsafe.
- Supply chain delays for specialized CIPP liners or tankless water heater components.
5. Advice & Trenchless Disclaimer
Information on our website regarding cured-in-place pipe (CIPP) lining and descaling is for educational purposes. Every plumbing system is unique; digital content is not a substitute for a professional diagnostic inspection.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by Arizona law, our liability is limited to the total cost of the service provided. We are not responsible for the failure of pre-existing, structurally unsound pipes during high-pressure cleaning or the trenchless repair process.
